What I've done:

I redid the index and history page, making them more database dependent. I have the PHP code pulling both the tool bar(general information) and the specific code for the page out of the database. It makes the actual PHP page look a lot cleaner. That took a bit of trouble shooting.

I did a rough draft of the "Contact" page and made sure it adhered to the "normal" index page; which is the 'template' I'm using to go by. I also made sure it worked - if its submitted, it gets submitted to my email until the new site is complete and bug free.

I also did some work on the "Submitting" page, which is my next obstacle. I have to finish laying out the form, make sure it looks pretty, and then alter it for each of the different submission types.
